I was looking for new shoes with my daughter and we stopped in. The store was really busy however, Julian and Matthias were so kind and helpful! These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again. They were both knowledgeable, kind, and friendly – you don’t find that very often these days, especially in the customer service industry!

The costumer service from Matthias was above and beyond-Guy brought out the shoe I was looking at, a few comparable and one just cus it was on sale. And I almost bought em all! Lol I can get birks and some of these bands anywhere. But the good energy and positive attitude this guy has.. it’s the kind of experience you want to have in any place you go. Appreciate you taking the time. Just wanted to say thanks :)

We were out on one of the scariest nights of the year… back to school shopping… The kids arms were all full with bags. My husband has been dealing with plantar fasciitis for some time now. Our social media feeds are both flooded with insole suggestions and new shoes to try. I walked by and saw there was a machine that would measure your arches. We stopped in and Mathias was so incredibly helpful and patient with our lively family. He was still attentive to other customers in the store. He made suggestions for shoes and insoles and was not overly pressuring to buy, which I appreciate. We made our purchases, and then went and ate at a restaurant in the mall after we left. We got a call from Mathias letting us know we had left one of our bags from another store in there. We appreciate the extra effort taken to get in touch with us. Great customer service Thank you!

Alex was great! Really appreciate all of his help I usually avoid employees but he was really exceptional! I was walking funny when I went in and walking pretty normal coming out. Sweet!!

Let's just say I walked into Tradehome planning to browse for shoes for an upcoming trip to Hawaii and walked out with a great pair of shoes and a crush. Alex was so helpful and charming - he even had a shorhorn in his pocket, which made trying on shoes feel unexpectedly luxurious. He was patient and gave me so many options, finding me the perfect balance between cush comfort and stability. Honestly, I spent more than I intended, but the service made it worth it. It was a sweet encounter I was grateful for today. Thank you Alex, for your fabulous service. ;)

I went to do an exchange Nate was the person helping me. Great customer service. Knows the ins & outs of HOKAS. Very patient & friendly. He should be a manager. If I could give him 20 I would!!! Great experience 👍🏾 …

Alex and Elena were very helpful throughout the whole process of trying on different shoes. I loved how they had a foot scanner, which basically showed how much pressure you were putting on your feet and more. Alex did a great job of explaining my results. I will definitely be back to buy some inserts in the future!!

This is one of the best store at the mall. You definitely need to go here if you ever need any kinda shoes. Alex, was the young man that assisted me. He was one of the kindest souls! He was very patient and answered all my questions and also walked out of there with his number! Aight lemme go text him now.

Teddy was amazing. He was patient as I tried on many different pairs of shoes. He listened to what was working and what wasn’t. He was super knowledgeable about different shoe brands and pointed me to the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks Teddy. I will be back!
